The ROTAR automatic system consists of carriers that rotate around an internal guide, attached at regular intervals along the transmission chain, which allows the carriers to rotate perfectly parallel to the consultation window.
The number of carriers that the archive can hold depends on the height available in the installation premises and the type of material to be archived.
ROTAR is available in two models (200/300) and can be configured to a maximum height of 5,460 mm.
A variety of different types of carriers and accessories ensure that a wide range of different materials such as books, folders, hanging files, maps, pharmaceuticals, consumables, small parts and bulk materials can be efficiently organized in the vertical carousel
The rotating carriers are available in three different versions, identified according to their useable height (270/300/360 mm) and with a variety of options in terms of length (mm 2,200/2,500/2,700/2,900) and depth (mm 360/420). They all offer a maximum load-bearing capacity of 120 kg.
Each rotating carrier can be configured with the help of intermediate shelves, separators and removable containers on telescopic runners and can therefore satisfy a range of specific requirements.
Achieving the perfect arrangement of materials inside the rotating carriers ensures that space is optimized and provides greater organization of materials and shorter access times.

Access to the stored material is through the workstation, perfectly designed to ensure maximum ergonomics and operator safety.
Every archive system can be equipped with one or more workstation which can be set up on varying levels.
The melamine-faced work surface allows the operator to work in total safety and comfort, either sitting or standing.
A touch-screen operator panel, inserted centrally into the workstation work surface, enables the operator to manage the storage and retrieval operations and also displays any error or emergency messages.
The on-off buttons for ROTAR are positioned under the front of the work station. An emergency button is always within easy reach of the operator, in case it should be necessary to halt the system.
Safety devices, installed as standard on the access points, ensure the highest level of protection for both operators and stored material.
In the workstation two single-beam light curtains detect the presence of any protruding materials and immediately halt rotation of the carriers.
A multi-beam light curtain protects operators during handling operations.
A sliding metal shutter with lockable lock ensures that the materials are protected from any unauthorized access.
In the event of a power failure, an emergency crank handle allows access to the stored material.
The ROTAR automatic system offers a wide range of possible set-ups to meet your every need, for today, but also for tomorrow.
